1. Terms of payment is strictly 30 days.
  2. Interest at 2.5% per month will be charged on balances older 30 days.
  3. In the event that an overdue account is handed over to attorneys for collection, the client will be responsible for payment of all legal costs on the scale between attorneys and the client as well as collection commission and the name of the client will be reported to the relevant credit bureau, for inclusion on the credit blacklist.
  4. The packaging of the parcel is entirely the responsibility of the client and TRIANGLE COURIERS will accept no responsibility for any damage to a parcel, caused by insufficient or incorrect packaging. It is the client's responsibility to mark fragile packages as such.
  5. All parcels must be accompanied by a properly completed bill of lading, duly completed by the sender. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that all the information, that may be required Triangle Couriers to deliver the package is correct. Triangle Couriers will take no responsibility if the bill of lading was completed incorrectly.
  6. It must be clearly indicated on the bill of lading, which party is responsible for payment, with specific reference to the relevant TRIANGLE COURIERS account number. An additional charge of R5.00 per bill of lading, will be charged if this condition is not complied with.
  7. TRIANGLE COURIERS does not deliver to farms and all parcels addressed to farms, will be delivered at the TRIANGLE COURIERS depot at the nearest town. It is the responsibility of the addressee, to collect the parcel from the depot.
  8. TRIANGLE COURIERS will not be responsible for any damage caused due to loss of or damage caused to a parcel. Insurance is available at R1000.00 (VAT Included) per package at additional costs.It is the client's responsibility to ensure that insurance is arranged with TRIANGLE COURIERS
  9. (1) Maximum insurance cover at TRIANGLE COURIERS is R1000.00. Any additional cover must be arranged by the client. (2) TRIANGLE COURIERS insurance do not cover the following - Glassware, Cigarets, Alcohol, Jewellery, Dangerous Goods, Porcelain, Ceramic, Wood, 2nd hand goods, Paintings, Money, Cheques or any packages that are not properly packaged.
  10. If no insurance is arranged TRIANGLE COURIERS will not be responsible for any damage or losses occurred.
  11. In the event that a bill of lading is not properly completed by the sender, causing TRIANGLE COURIERS to incur extra costs in order to find the correct addressee, such extra costs will be for the account of the sender.
  12. A signed acknowledgement of receipt, will be conclusive proof of delivery.
  13. The signing of a bill of lading or acknowledgement of receipt, by the party thereof as the party responsible for payment, will serve as confirmation of such party's acceptance of liability for payment.
  14. In the event that the parcel is not accepted by the addressee, TRIANGLE COURIERS will return the parcel to the sender. In which event the cost of the transport to and from, will be for the account of the sender.
  15. By signing this bill of lading, it is confirmed that the conditions above are accepted.
  16. TRIANGLE COURIERS can not be held liable in any way for any loss or damage as a result of late Deliveries(even if it was our own negligence)
